Order Placement: To place an order, you must provide your name, phone number, and delivery address. You do not need to make prepayment.

Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, our team will contact you by phone during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEDT) to confirm your order and answer questions.

Payment: Payment is due upon delivery via cash or card directly to the courier. No online payment is required at order time.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at no cost prior to shipment. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once dispatched, you can refuse delivery or return within 14 days for a full refund.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you will pay. Riveon Defense is available while stock lasts. We will inform you during the confirmation call if your order cannot be fulfilled.

14-Day Returns Policy: You may return Riveon Defense within 14 days of purchase if the product is in unopened condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Return Postage: Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations for supplements.
